Refunds, Returns & Cancellation

CESCO Ltd. is committed to providing you with preferred solutions that meets your unique and specific need.  If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may cancel, return or be refunded for your purchase. Once your purchase has been processed, we will hold it for a maximum of 5 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is not picked up within this time, your order may be cancelled and a credit issued to your account.

If your purchase is damaged during CESCO Ltd. delivery, we will exchange or repair it at no cost to you. It is the duty of the buyer or his agent to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and claims shall be notified to CESCO Ltd. within 3 days of the buyer taking possession. If notification is not received by the company within this period, CESCO Ltd. shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim. Where your purchase is deemed unrepairable, we will exchange, issue a rebate or credit your account.

Returns will only be considered for items: un-used, un-installed, in original packaging and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge except where CESCO Ltd is liable. Please contact store or see list of items that will not be accepted for returns.

Custom/special orders are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, colour, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order and are non-returnable.
