We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support to our customers, internal teams, and stakeholders in the manufacturing and construction industry. The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of electrical engineering and be familiar with electrical technology. The role will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on electrical systems and products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email or in person
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Offer guidance and advice on electrical technology and best practices
- Stay up to date with industry developments and new technologies
Must Have
- Electrical engineering certification
- Proficient with electrical design software
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with electrical technology and systems
Nice to have
- Experience in an electrical engineering or similar role
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Degree in electrical & mechanical
