Annual general maintenance will consist of the following for all generator
Prolonged life of generators
Less unplanned downtime caused by equipment failure
Preventative Maintenance
This involves a quarterly systematic inspection of the generators where potential problems are detected and corrected to prevent equipment failure before it happens.
Fewer errors in day-to-day operations
Improved reliability of equipment

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 1 hour minimum charge
Level 1 technician rate: USD$150.00/hr (Class 2 Electrician etc.)
Level 2 technician rate: USD$250.00/hr (Certified PE, Director etc.)
Remote Consulting Rate: USD$250.00 for first hour, USD$100.00 for each additional hour
In Town (Kingston & St. Andrew)
Fixed Charge Billed at USD$90 in both directions (to & from), no traffic penalties. Does not apply to visits that are within negotiated contracts.
Out of Town (All other Parishes)
USD$2.50 per Km
Monday to Friday (Outside of business hours) - Normal rate x 2
Weekends - Normal rate x 1.5
Public Holidays - Normal rate x 2
